Refund & Cancellation Policy

Two ways the fee comes back to you, and when it does not.

Last updated 1 September 2026

What you are paying for

A single fee for access to one programme — an evaluation, or an account funded from the first trade. It is charged at checkout and the account is created immediately. There is no subscription and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel on a schedule.

1. You changed your mind and never traded — 14 days

If you have placed no trade at all on the account, you can ask for the fee back within 14 days of buying it, and we return it in full. No reason is needed.

One trade ends this option, whether it won, lost or was closed within seconds. That is deliberate and it is the honest line to draw: the thing you bought is the chance to trade our capital under our rules, and once you have used it we cannot un-give it.

To ask, write to us from the address on your account and say which account it is. We return it the way you paid: to the same card, or to the USDT address the payment came from.

2. You traded and reached a third payout

The fee is added to your third approved payout and leaves with it. You do not have to ask, and it is not conditional on anything beyond the payout itself being approved. It is the amount you actually paid — after any discount code — not the list price on the day.

Payouts one and two do not carry it, and a fee is returned once per account.

3. Anything else

Outside those two cases the fee is not refundable, except where the law says otherwise. Closing an account yourself, or having it closed for breaking a rule, does not return the fee.

Paying in USDT

A blockchain transfer cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. The 14-day refund above still applies and we send it back to the address you paid from — but if you send funds to the wrong address, or on a network other than the TRC20 one shown at checkout, they are gone and we cannot recover them.

If a charge looks wrong

Card statements show the Acid Capitals entity that processes card payments for this brand (ACID INC), followed by ACIDCRYPTO, until AcidCrypto’s own payment account is live. If you see a charge you do not recognise, or the same evaluation was charged twice, email [email protected] before opening a dispute with your bank — we can look it up by the last four digits and the date, and a duplicate charge is returned.
