What we collect, why, and what we do not do with it.
Last updated 18 August 2026
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name, email, country, phone.
- Identity documents, when verification is required for a payout.
- Payout details — a wallet address or bank account in your own name.
- Trading activity on your accounts, and the prices behind each fill.
- Technical data: IP address, device and browser, sign-in times.
Why
To run your account, to enforce the programme rules, to pay you, and to meet our own anti-fraud and verification obligations. Trading data is also retained so a disputed fill can be re-derived from the price archive rather than argued about.
One identity, three markets
Your identity — including verification status and payout details — is shared across Acid Capitals, AcidCrypto and AcidFutures. This is deliberate: it means you verify once. It also means data you provide on one market is visible to our staff operating the others.
Who we share it with
Our identity verification provider, our payment providers, and our email provider, each only with what they need. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and trading records are retained while your account exists and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep them. Identity documents are held by our verification provider, not on our own servers.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask for deletion where we are not required to keep it. Marketing email can be switched off at any time; email about your own account cannot, because it is how we tell you your account is at risk.
